The privacy policy below applies to the use of the website/services of Tattoo Expo. Stored data will under no circumstances be used for purposes other than the use of Tattooexpo.eu and will under no circumstances be provided to a third party, within or outside the EU, without the customer’s consent. This data was obtained from customers and artists registered by Tattooexpo.eu and not from other organizations.

This page explains why and what data is collected when you use our website.

For the use of our website:
When you use our website, we ask you to provide personal information by making a stand request, place an order or using our contact form at tattooexpo.eu. This data is necessary for processing your stand request and/or for using our services. The stand request will only be approved if it meets our acceptance criteria. This application is manually reviewed by Tattooexpo.eu. When an request is rejected, customer data is no longer retained and is deleted.

Contact: When you send us an email or message, you may be asked for personal information. This is only requested if it is necessary to resolve the relevant questions/complaints. This information is therefore only used to handle the questions or complaints at that moment and for no other purposes.

Personal Data – Account
Customer and/or Artists who don’t longer want to order or receive information from Tattooexpo.eu can make a request to delete their data. This data will be immediately deleted by us, along with all the associated data. Therefore, the ‘’account’’ details are no longer stored with us.

Personal Data – Third Parties
The data filled in by the customer will under no circumstances be shared with third parties who do not contribute to Tattooexpo.eu services. We use DPD, Post.NL among others, for shipping orders (unless otherwise agreed) and our MailPoet newsletter program. MailPoet is linked to Tattooexpo.eu, and customers/artists/participants will only receive newsletters if they have subscribed to it. You can unsubscribe from this at any time. *Important convention updates will be send when necessary to provide all the information for the conventions.

Cookies: We collect data to gain a better understanding of how customers use our website. This allows us to customize our website for optimal use. When you (first) use our website, you can indicate whether you accept, refuse, or wish to adjust the cookies. Some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled. You can customize your cookie usage preferences yourself.

How long do we retain personal data?
Personal data is stored by Tattooexpo.eu for as long as this account is active with us. When the customer or artists indicates that their profile may be deleted, we will remove the account along with the associated customer data. Orders placed are kept for seven years, as legally determined by the tax authorities. After that, this data is destroyed.
