Want to Get Tattooed at the Convention?
First, visit the website or social media page of the artist you want to get tattooed by. Try to make an appointment well before the convention to get tattooed during the event.
Make clear agreements with your artist about the size, price, placement etc. to avoid problems during your appointment.
Avoid alcohol and drugs at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and do not forget to eat well!
The Amsterdam Tattoo Convention is not responsible for appointments or agreements made between artists and clients.

Sustainability Program
Every small step toward sustainability counts!
Did you know that the NDSM-Loods installed almost 1,400 solar panels on their roof? These 1,400 solar panels generate enough electricity to meet approximately 50% of the location’s annual energy needs, and due to this, the location significantly reduced CO₂ emissions!
Thanks to the free (pedestrian) ferry, the location is close to Central Station and the city center. There are also numerous buses running from Central Station and other public transit hubs to the area, and it’s also easily accessible by bike for Amsterdam residents. Parking spots are paid and limited so travel with public transport as much as possible! More information can be found here
All our food trucks use biodegradable single-use plates and you don’t pay for the deposit on cans/bottles at the bar. Recycling bags/bins for plastic bottles, cans, paper and waste can be found at multiple locations in the venue so there is no need to litter!
Safety
For our safety, you may be checked at the entrance and we have a security team walking around and monitoring the convention.
Please contact the security or our Tattoo Expo Crew by problems/incidents. We are here to help!
