Amsterdam Tattoo Convention 2019

Opening hours for visitors:

Friday 25th of Oct 2019:                    12.00 – 23.00 (exhibitors from 9.00)
Saturday 26th of Oct 2019:               11.00 – 23.00 (exhibitors from 10.00)
Sunday 27th of Oct 2019:                  11.00 – 20.00 (exhibitors from 10.00)


Friday - €12,00
Saturday or Sunday - €18,00
Weekend pass (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is €42,00
Children until 11 years old have free entrance – one child per adult and under
Tickets are sold at the door only.

Entry-ticket/wristband must be immediately put on after payment.
This will be checked (without wristband you will be send away).

The convention hall is suitable for people in a wheelchair. Pictures can be taken during
the convention for private purposes, however: always ask permission to the person
being photographed. Nice pictures are always welcome – send them to us and maybe
you’ll see your pictures on our website!

Tattoo Competition: Every category must at least have 10 participants to proceed.
At the competition best of show, all 3 best-of day’s must be present. The jury will look
at the tattoos without knowing the name of the artist who made it. For this reason, it is
very important not to tell the name of the artist at the registration. The tattoo will be
judged for design, artwork, composition, placement, proportion and originality.
Participating in a category costs 5,00 euro’s.

Do you want to get tattooed at the convention? Make sure you first visit the website
of the artist you want to get tattooed by and try to make an appointment before the
convention starts. Do not use alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before you get tattooed
and don’t forget to eat and drink!

Every visitor who gets tattooed at the convention can pick up a free tube of Bepanthen
after care ointment at the information stand.
This is an action of Bepanthen/Bayer Health-Care and Coldskin tattoo supply.

PIERCING: Sharon of DARE 2 WEAR Piercing Studio Amsterdam will be piercing during
the convention. Do you have special requests/questions, you can contact them through
their website.

NOT ALLOWED: It is not allowed to bring animals to the convention, to smoke inside
and to eat/drink inside tattoo stands - there is a separate place to eat and drink
(conform the  GG&GD healthcare guidelines for tattoo and piercing).

It is not allowed for visitors to sell/promote/offer ANY product/services at the convention.

NO glass bottles inside the convention!!! Weapons/knifes and alcohol will be confiscated.

SAFETY: Every visitor can/may be checked at the entrance for your and our safety.

Last but not least –
The organization is not responsible for appointments made between visitors & artists
or sold/bought products (or any other provided service).
